The Small House can be bought for 30 Coins and sold for 5 Coins. It uses up one piece of Power and two pieces of Transport. the house can fit two Citizens and takes up a small amount of space. three small houses are there by default after first starting the game.
It is has an dark blue A-Frame roof with light blue walls, it also has at least five yellow windows, two on eachside wall, one at the front, and possibly some on the back. The House has a brick chimney.
